What SeniorCareVille is

SeniorCareVille is fictional entertainment for adults aged 18 and over. All characters, care-home settings and portraits are invented. When available, chat replies are generated by AI, not by a real resident or a person waiting for your visit. AI can misunderstand a message or produce an inaccurate reply.

AI companion chats may not be suitable for some users, including minors.

If you need urgent help

This chat cannot assess danger, provide treatment, contact emergency services or send someone to you. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services where you are. If possible, reach a trusted person who can stay with you. You do not have to continue this conversation.

Conversation boundaries

Keep conversations to fictional stories and everyday interests. Do not share medical records, identifying details, financial information or information about another person. The characters do not diagnose, prescribe, offer therapy or make decisions about your health. The chat is not monitored as an emergency service.

Your choices

You can stop chatting or leave whenever you wish. Clear chat removes the current room’s visible conversation and continuation token from this tab. End conversation also stops further requests until you choose to start again. These actions do not erase data already processed by service providers; see Privacy. Filters may stop some messages or replies, but they cannot guarantee that every unsafe situation will be detected.

Gifts never affect care

Optional gifts are digital decorations for this fictional game. No item or money is delivered to a real resident, care home or charity. Buying, declining a purchase or leaving never changes a character’s wellbeing, affection or access to their story. How we respond to a concerning message

Before a message reaches the character, rules in the browser and on the server look for expressions of self-harm, suicidal intent, violence and immediate medical danger, including some indirect phrases in English, French, German and Polish. A detected crisis or urgent threat receives a prepared supportive reply instead of roleplay, clears the conversation continuation token and points to human support. Locally detected messages are not sent to the AI provider. If a message passes these rules, provider moderation checks it before a character reply is requested; self-harm flags also receive the prepared crisis reply. Generated replies are checked before display, and unsafe replies are withheld.

The selected market’s crisis contacts appear first, followed by contacts for the other supported countries. A market or language preference does not tell us where you are. Use the contact for your actual country. Emergency numbers are for immediate danger; crisis lines offer human support. The chat does not contact these services, dispatch help or alert a human supervisor. It does not ask for crisis details or promote purchases during a safety response.

Every new chat identifies the character as fictional and AI-generated. For visitors whose connection is identified as US, or whose country is unavailable, a fuller notice at chat start explains that the conversation is with an AI computer program, not a person, and that it cannot feel human emotions. This notice repeats every three hours during an ongoing chat. Country metadata from Cloudflare is used only to choose the notice; the application does not store it or attach it to chat messages. A suspended or hidden tab shows an overdue reminder when it is resumed. You can take a break or end the conversation at any time. Detection is fallible and cannot cover every wording or circumstance.
