The experience

SeniorCareVille offers fictional stories and AI conversations for adults aged 18 or over. Characters, care homes and images are invented. No real resident is receiving a visit, treatment or money. The service is entertainment, not healthcare, therapy or an emergency service. Conversations and published chapters are free within usage limits.

AI companion chats may not be suitable for some users, including minors.

Digital purchases

Gifts are optional, one-time purchases of digital decorations for the chosen room. Greeting cards can also be downloaded. There is no physical delivery, donation, cash value or subscription. Purchases never affect a character’s health, affection or access to their story.

Check the character, item, currency and final total before confirming hosted Stripe checkout. Displayed item prices include any tax charged as part of that price. Billing information may be collected for payment and tax; it is not a delivery address. Applicable transaction-provider terms are displayed at checkout.

Digital delivery begins after payment is confirmed. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain. Keep the downloadable order confirmation and payment receipt. Use Restore purchases or hello@seniorcareville.org if you change devices or lose browser data. The same-browser cookie is a convenience, not your only route to support.

Use and your rights

Do not share sensitive personal details or misuse the service. You can stop a conversation at any time. Maintenance or outages may interrupt availability. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. England and Wales law applies subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence. Contact us about any problem; we aim to reply within five working days.
